Legacy Builders LLC is a residential home construction company involved in the building of fine homes in the Tri City Tennessee area. The owners have over 40 years combined experience in engineering, design, construction and residential home building.
The proprietors are members of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Johnson City Area Home Builders Association (JCAHBA), and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
The company is licensed and insured in the State of Tennessee. We maintain a general contractors license as well as a Professional Engineers (PE) license in the state.
